Longevity Membership Guide & Terms

Welcome to Longevity

Thank you for choosing Longevity.
Our mission is simple: to help you stay stronger, healthier and more active for longer
through evidence-based strength training and personalised health coaching.

These Membership Terms explain how your membership works. We've written them
in plain English and kept them as straightforward as possible. If you ever have any
questions, please ask a member of our team - we're always happy to help.

1. Your Membership

Your membership begins once you have completed the sign-up process either in the
studio or online.

Your digital acceptance forms your membership agreement and replaces any paper
version.

Your membership gives you access to the services, facilities and support included
within the membership package you have chosen.

Memberships are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.

2. Membership Payments

Joining Fee
Where applicable, your Joining Fee and first membership payment will be collected
when you join using your chosen payment method.

Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships are paid by Direct Debit.
Your first Direct Debit will normally be collected on the 1st day of the following month,
with payments continuing monthly thereafter.
All membership fees are payable in advance.

Annual Memberships
If you choose to pay annually, your membership runs for 12 months from your start
date and is paid in full at the beginning of your membership.

3. Minimum Membership Period

Our monthly memberships have an initial commitment of 12 monthly Direct Debit
payments.

After this initial period, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis until
you decide to cancel.

We believe consistency produces the best health outcomes, which is why our
memberships are designed to support long-term progress rather than short-term
fixes.

4. Freezing Your Membership

We understand that life doesn't always go to plan.

During the first six months of your membership, freezes are not normally available.
After six months, memberships may be frozen for genuine medical reasons. If this
happens, simply speak to our team and we'll do everything we reasonably can to
help.

5. Missed Payments

If a payment is missed, we'll contact you to help resolve the issue as quickly as
possible.

During this time we may temporarily pause your membership until your account is
brought up to date.

If payments remain outstanding and we are unable to resolve the matter, we reserve
the right to suspend or cancel your membership.

6. Keeping Your Details Up to Date

Please let us know if any of your contact details change so we can continue to
provide you with the best possible service.

7. Cancelling Your Membership

Once your initial 12-month membership commitment has been completed, you may
cancel your membership at any time.

Your membership will remain active until the day before your next scheduled Direct
Debit, after which it will end automatically.

If you're thinking about leaving, we'd always appreciate the opportunity to speak with
you first. Your feedback helps us improve, and there may be options that better suit
your needs.

8. Your Cooling-Off Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of
joining and receive a full refund of any fees paid, provided you have not requested
immediate use of the services during that period where applicable.

9. Your Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is our highest priority.

By joining Longevity, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are fit to
participate in exercise or have sought appropriate medical advice before doing so.
Please let us know if your health, medications or medical circumstances change
during your membership so that we can continue to coach you safely and
appropriately.

Our programmes are designed to support better health, strength and longevity.
However, individual results will vary depending on attendance, lifestyle, nutrition and
following the guidance provided by our coaching team.

10. Studio Etiquette

We work hard to create a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone feels
comfortable.

We simply ask all members to:
- Treat fellow members and our team with kindness and respect.
- Follow the guidance of our coaches.
- Use equipment responsibly.
- Help us keep the studio clean and tidy.
- Respect booked appointment times.

Our full Studio Guidelines are available at any time on request.

11. Our Commitment

Occasionally we may need to close the studio for maintenance, equipment servicing
or circumstances beyond our control.

Wherever possible we'll give you advance notice and will always aim to minimise any
disruption.

Temporary closures do not normally affect membership fees.

12. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Sometimes events occur that are outside anyone's control.
Where this happens, we will always do our best to restore normal service as quickly
as reasonably possible.

13. Changes to Membership Terms

From time to time we may update these Membership Terms or our Studio
Guidelines.

If we make any significant changes, we'll let you know in advance.

14. Ending a Membership

In very rare circumstances, we may end a membership immediately if a member:
- seriously or repeatedly breaches our Studio Guidelines;
- behaves in a way that places other members or staff at risk;
- deliberately damages our facilities or equipment;
- behaves in an abusive, threatening or inappropriate manner.

This helps us maintain the safe, friendly environment that all members expect.

15. Your Privacy

We take your privacy seriously.

Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy
Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

Our Privacy Policy is available on request and on our website.

16. Promotions

From time to time we may offer special promotions, discounts or membership offers.
These promotions are available only during the advertised promotional period and
cannot usually be applied retrospectively.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

17. Trial Passes

Our trial passes are designed to allow new people to experience Longevity.

To keep things fair:
- One trial pass is available per person.
- Trial passes are non-transferable.
- Trial days must normally be taken consecutively.
- Trial passes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or refuse a trial pass where we believe it is
being misused.

18. Legal Information

These Membership Terms are governed by English law.
Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
